Supplying construction products to Poland

Poland has two routes, and picking the wrong one wastes a quarter. The deciding question is whether a harmonised European standard covers your product.

What Poland asks for

Where a harmonised European standard covers the product, Poland uses CE marking with a Declaration of Performance, the same as the rest of the EU. Where no harmonised standard exists, Poland operates its own national construction marking route instead. Establish which applies before any testing is booked.

Four steps: harmonised standard, notified body test, CE mark and Declaration of Performance, shipped
