European buyers rarely argue about product quality first. They ask for a document, and the conversation ends there if it is missing.
What Europe asks for
A construction product covered by a harmonised European standard carries CE marking and is supplied with a Declaration of Performance, which states the exact classes the product achieved when tested by a notified body. Fire performance is stated as an EN 13501 class. The rules are being updated under a long transition, so confirm the current requirement for your product.

A CE mark on packaging proves nothing on its own.
Fire resistant means nothing. A2-s1,d0 means something.
Change the substrate and the classification may not carry over.
